Village of Draka is situated 40 km of the town of Bourgas and 45 km of the Bourgas Airport, roads are in good condition and easy access from the airport to the village. Bourgas is 45 minutes ride from the village. There is regular bus transport in the region. The village is well famous for its magnificent scenery and fresh air. There are a store, pub, library, post office and medical centre. 12 km off is located the town of Sredets where there are hospital, markets, banks, restaurants etc. In the village is twice as cheaper than the towns.
Because of its favourable location and still low property prices there is a large demand as in the village and around the town of Sredets by foreign investors mostly British.
